Class & booking policies

Enquiries and payment

Register your interest or send an enquiry. We’ll contact you to discuss a suitable class or private lesson and confirm the details. Payment is by bank transfer before the first lesson. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Lesson bundles

Lesson bundles do not expire. We recommend completing them within 24 months.

Private lesson cancellations

Please give at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a private lesson. We allow one courtesy cancellation with at least one hour’s notice. Otherwise, a late cancellation is charged at the full lesson fee.

If a tutor cancels

We’ll discuss rescheduling, a replacement tutor or a refund with you.

Group course withdrawal

For an ordinary withdrawal after a group course starts, unused lessons are provided as credit, valid for 12 months. Credit may be used towards group or private lessons; any price difference must be paid.

Missed group classes and recordings

When a student is absent, we record the full lesson session and send the recording only to that absent student’s email. Students and tutors remain off camera, with lesson materials on screen. The tutor announces the recording before the lesson starts. We do not record when everyone is present.

Public holidays

Group classes skip the public-holiday week and continue the following week. For private lessons, the student and tutor agree whether to reschedule within the same week, skip it or make another arrangement, depending on availability.

Materials and progression

Slides, worksheets and revision materials are shared through Google Classroom. Revision is optional but encouraged. Learners with prior experience may enter a higher pack after a tutor assessment. A completion certificate may be issued on request after a whole level.
