Your details
Privacy notice.
How we use information you share when you enquire about MasterArabic classes.
What we collect
When you complete an enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, learning experience, course or teaching interests, availability and anything you choose to write in your message. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
Why we collect it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable classes, trial sessions or teaching opportunities, and follow up on that request. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.
How your enquiry is handled
Enquiries are stored using Cloudflare’s hosting and database services and are accessible to authorised MasterArabic administrators. Where needed to arrange your lesson, relevant information may be shared with the teacher involved. We do not sell enquiry details. Service providers may process information outside Australia.
Website security
We use Cloudflare services to host and protect this website. Where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address and browser information for this purpose.
Keeping or removing your details
We keep enquiry details while they are needed to respond and arrange the requested service. You can ask us to correct or remove your details, or to stop following up, by replying to our correspondence. You can also send a general enquiry.
Lesson recordings and learning services
When a group student is absent, the full lesson is recorded and sent only to that absent student. Lesson materials are shown on screen; students and tutors remain off camera. The tutor announces the recording before the lesson. No recording is made when everyone is present. Materials are shared through Google Classroom, and online sessions mainly use Google Meet or Zoom.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not include advertising trackers or a newsletter signup. Security services may use technical storage where necessary to protect the forms. If analytics or advertising features are added later, this notice will be updated.
