English translation
Omar wants to go to the library by tram. He stands at the stop and waits. The tram number is on the sign, but the library’s name is not there. He asks a woman, ‘Does this tram go to the library?’ She says, ‘Yes, but in the other direction. The stop you want is on the other side of the street.’ Omar thanks her and crosses the street at the traffic lights. Five minutes later, he takes the correct tram. He sits near the window and says to himself, ‘Asking is better than waiting!’
